Who are we? A diverse group of local people renting 4 acres of organic land in Shillingford near Exeter, sharing a vision that we can make a difference to how our food is produced.

We are an evolving organisation, working together to share skills and grow organic food.

Exeter Community Agriculture is committed to reconnecting people with the land and how their food is grown, as well as providing a place for recreation and community.

We are registered as a co-operative.  Each member has an equal share in how the organisation is managed.  We are a not-for-profit social enterprise so any profits are put back in to the project.

Where? Our 4-acre plot is in Shillingford, on the outskirts of Exeter.  We welcome new members.

What’s going on?  From April to September, every Saturday from 10am to 2pm there’s always a variety of jobs to do on our land.  So see you there!

How will you benefit?

  1.   You will be eating food grown just a few miles away, and know how it’s been grown

  2.   You’ll be able to enjoy time on site with others, share in our work and harvest

  3.   You can take part in developing the project, share skills and learn about growing food,

  4.   You’ll be part of a growing community wanting to make a difference to how food is grown
